Who we are looking for at the moment?
In Portsmouth we have opportunities for Full and Part Time team members in our Contact Centre to handle retention or service calls. We are a 24/7 operation in Portsmouth and there are a variety of hours available from 15 – 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday including alternate weekends. To succeed you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a strong team player. Coming from either a sales or customer service environment, either face to face or on the telephone, you must enjoy working in a busy, fun and challenging environment where the emphasis is on delivering an Amazing Customer Experience.
