Guillaume Huser
President Affinion International
Guillaume is overall Head of Affinion International’s commercial operations across Europe having previously led our Businesses in France, Italy and the Benelux countries. Prior to this, Guillaume held the position of Vice President Corporate Services at American Express where he helped grow the Corporate Cards portfolio and launch the Co branded card between American Express and Air France. From 1999 until 2002, he served as Vice President of the Global Commercial Card Division in Western Europe where he grew the Corporate Card business of France, Spain and Portugal and launched the Corporate Purchasing card. Mr. Huser joined Affinion International in 2003.

Giles Desforges
UK General Manager
Giles is responsible for the running of the UK business. He joined Affinion in 2010 having previously founded and established his own business which provided customer engagement strategies and solutions to financial services and retail businesses in both the UK and Australia.
Giles started his career in sales and marketing, before taking a role as a political advisor in UK national politics. He returned to business following the 2001 election working as an internal strategy consultant in a major multi-national utility business. In 2005 he joined dunnhumby where he was UK Commercial Director, responsible for successfully growing its non-Tesco relationships.
A recognised expert in driving customer relationships he is supported by experts in our Client Management; Sales; Product and Marketing Teams.

Helen Harris
Head of UK Marketing
Helen is responsible for all UK Marketing, having worked in previous Marketing Director roles for Tiscali UK and other leading multi-channel telecommunications companies.
Helen has over 18 years experience as a strategic marketer on both agency and client side.

Deepa Mardolkar
International Head of Product and Client Solutions
Deepa leads strategic Product initiatives across Europe designing and developing solutions that meet the need of our key Clients and Prospects. She has over 15 years’ experience in using a combination of consumer insight and data analysis to drive product innovation and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Deepa joined Affinion in 2009 from American Express, where she was Head of Credit Products for Continental Europe. Prior to this, Deepa held responsibility for credit portfolios at GE Money and Capital One in the UK and has worked as a Marketing Lead for ICICI eCommerce in India. She brings a wealth of experience in product development roles for consumer goods, online travel and retail finance companies in both Europe and Asia and Europe.

Andrew Mutch
International Head of Customer Services and Field Operations
Andrew heads up the Contact Centres and Customer Service operations in the UK and Europe. Before joining Affinion in 2004, Andrew had over twenty-five years experience in managing and directing high profile Contact Centre Operations.
Prior to this, he was Head of Contact Centres for Ebookers.com, Telephone Strategy Manager for InterCity (responsible for all Telephone Enquiry and Sales Centres), Customer Service Manager for Calor Gas, and Head of Contact Centres for Bourne Leisure with responsibility for brands such as Butlins, Haven and Warners. Immediately prior to joining Affinion. Andrew has undertook significant long term strategic consultancy work with Clydesdale Bank, Scottish Widows, BMI, BT and Breaks.

Tina Proudlock
International Human Resources Director
Tina is responsible for all HR in UK and across Europe
Tina has been with Affinion since 2008 having previously held senior industry HR positions, including Head of HR for Sanctuary Music and Senior Personnel Manager for Virgin Megastores.
